Singer Model No.237 1934′

This was a gift from a friend that has become real close to us at CREATIVEsession: the Singer 1934 –  a vintage sewing machine that still works like a charm. I had a chance to take it out last night and clean it up, and I bought some new sewing needles for it. I pretended to know what I was doing while tuning the machine. I manage to find some useful manuals from Google scanned books (I never thought I’d use this feature).

Manual can be read here: http://sewingonline.co.uk/instructions/singer237/

I can’t find any history behind this model, but Singer has a long history in making the sewing machine.
